New Job...

Yesterday I accepted a position in Franklin, TN. I will be working for Premiere Speakers Bureau. I start on Monday, April 14th. I'm going down this weekend to find an apartment. I'm super EXCITED!

Viva Las Vegas...

I've been in Las Vegas the last few days. I got back to Arkansas last night. I had a great time. Some folks from the campaign met in Vegas to celebrate Chip's 40th Birthday!

Unemployed...

Well Tuesday was my 2nd official day unemployed. Monday I thought I was going to go crazy...I didn't have anything that I "had" to do. Tuesday I had things to do a haircut, pick up my taxes, run a few more errands and visit the Condrays. I'm not sure how this unemployment thing is going to go. Obviously I'm going to have to get a job. I'm working on it. I will keep you posted.

The View...

While I was in Texas last week I stayed at the Four Seasons. I would stay the night there again just to sleep in the bed..it was amazing. I didn't get to sleep as much as I wanted. Below are pictures of the golf course from the balcony of my room. The EDS Byron Nelson Golf Championship will be played there in April. The course is beautiful.

The Goodbyes...

The campaign staff has started leaving Arkansas. They all came in for a staff dinner last Wednesday night. They have stayed around for the last few days and we have had a GREAT time hanging out and spending time together.

These are the people that I spent 13 months of my life with and talked to everyday. This is definitely an adjustment. I've cried daily. I've talked people into staying an extra day.

The fact that I haven't booked a flight, hotel or ground transportation in a week is so weird. I haven't had a telephone call with the person on the other end of the line in total panic mode. It is so strange I miss it....I know I need some serious therapy.

Fought The Good Fight...

What an amazing 13 months I have had working on the Huckabee for President Campaign. I have worked with an amazing group of people and for an amazing candidate.

It has been an once in a lifetime experience. It has been an EXHAUSTING experience.

I'm excited to see what happens next for me. I'm looking forward to new opportunities and some sleep.

Yesterday I was in Lubbock, College Station, Fort Worth and Dallas. In Forth Worth we at at Joe T. Garcia's an awesome Mexican restaurant. I'm in our Dallas office today. I will be in Dallas until Tuesday night. I'm having a lot of fun and meeting lots of great people. Here are some pictures from yesterday.
