4 months since the last update...SAD...I know...

Well life is GREAT! I could not complain one bit. I continue to get busier and busier with Aaron and Addi! I love it! Helping with homework (most days), school stuff and just everyday life happenings. I could not be MORE BLESSED! 

Well since the last post summer vacation, among other things. We went on vacation to Wisconsin Dells, WI, the water park capital of the world!! We had a ball at an indoor water park called Kalahari! The kids already want to go back. While we were traveling we stopped in St. Louis, MO, various towns & cities in Illinois and Iowa as well as Wisconsin!

Over the summer Aaron's lupus had a "flare up"! So over the summer months we spent some time at Arkansas Children's Hospital trying a new treatment. Over the last 4-6 weeks we have seen a wonderful change in Aaron's lupus! We are so thankful for all the many prayers and are so blessed to know so many people are praying for Aaron. No doubt God did all of this because the doctor's can't explain why there has been such a great change in his condition!!

Addi is an 11 year-old spit fire...always doing stuff to make us laugh! She's so funny and where she comes up with the things she says sometimes I haven't a clue. We have so much fun together. She shares my love of Chinese food, shopping and reading!

We celebrated Brent's birthday this week! We had a great day on Monday with all the birthday celebrating! I'm so thankful God gave me Brent! We are enjoying living life!

Ozark Medieval Fortress...

Friday I went with Addi on a field trip to the Ozark Medieval Fortress in Lead Hill, AR! I thought it would be a completed castle...not so much! They are in the process of building the structure...they are only using tools, materials, etc. that would have been used during medieval times. The expected completion date is 2030!

CLEANING - ORGANIZING - ETC...

Well I'm currently unemployed! I'm enjoying my free time and the flexibility! I have always loved cleaning and organizing! Sickening to some people but I really enjoyed seeing the finished project! In the past I have helped friends organize closets and rooms...so much fun! I've decided to give it a try as a job hoping I won't have to get a regular 8a-5p job! I have always wanted to try this and now seems like the best time!

• Do you need help organizing/cleaning out closets or rooms?


• Do you need someone to just come in and organize/clean a room or closet?


• Do you need someone to clean your house weekly, twice a month or monthly?


• Do you need someone to clean bathrooms, vacuum or fold laundry once a week?


• Do you need someone to do "deep" cleaning (the stuff you don't have time to do)?

Petit Jean - The Falls - 2011

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon we decided to hike down to the falls at Petit Jean State Park! It was such a nice day!

It's About Time...

I know! I know! I've been neglecting my blog! There have been LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of changes going on in my life the last few months!

• I'm spending as much time as humanly possible in Clinton. Why Clinton?!?! Well I have met the most AMAZING man! I'm spending lots of time with him and his awesome kiddos.

I don't think I could put into words how extremely happy and blessed I am. I know without a doubt this is the man God made just for me. Need more details email me!

• As of Friday I am unemployed. My position was eliminated. I'm not exactly SUPER excited about this change but I know God has bigger plans for me. I'm looking forward to the next step.

Ahhhh....The Lake....

hhhhmmmm....SO...Well...

Okay...like it, love it, hate it, don't understand it, grossed out by it, confused by it, angered by it and/or weirded out by it. You have to admit it is intriguing.....Sister Wives.

I've seen all 8 episodes! I'm watching a "Sister Wives Special" right now. I really don't know how to explain it...it is super weird but I'm super intrigued by it! The big thing for me I want to know is what makes them "tick" so to speak!

Intriguing for sure...I walk this fine line of different feelings about the show! What I do know is I watch it!

Working Out...

Let me start by saying...I DO NOT like to sweat. I'm pretty sure I'm wired genetically not to like it...I'm almost positive that I've been that way since birth! When I was younger and people asked me if I played basketball because I'm tall. I just laughed and said, "No, I'm more of a fan"! :)

Well recently I have found myself working out on a regular bases and LOVING it! I'm evening sweating! I also get SUPER cranky when I miss a workout (ask my mom)!

I'm also working out early in the morning...BEFORE I go to work! Anyone that knows me knows that I am not a morning person..AT ALL...not even a little bit! I'm also enjoying the early morning workouts! I know what you're thinking, "Erica, is that you?"! Yep I know craziness!

I have some fitness goals that I'm working on right now! I'm not quite ready to reveal them to the masses! However, hopefully soon I'll be comfortable with revealing them! I don't want to say I'm going to do something and then back out! :)! So I want to make sure that I'm super committed first!

Thursday night I went with Jodi & Amanda to see Easton Corbin at the Arkansas State Fair. I had a ball! Easton Corbin did a great job!

I got a new hair cut...well I guess it's not so new! I have a new stylist! She is great! SUPER SWEET! What's even better I love my hair! YAY!
